- Flex Plan Redemption - Fans who have purchased a Flex Plan may redeem their hat* at the Customer Service Center behind section 307. Redemption open from 4 p.m. until the end of the match. *Vouchers required for redemption.
- Ice Cream for a Cause! - D.C. United Foundation and Dippin' Dots have teamed up this season! Visit the stands near section 313 & in the Champions Club and a portion of the proceeds from every purchase will go towards the D.C. United Foundation.
- Subway Yellow Cards – Be sure to pick up your Subway Yellow Card upon entry for a buy one get one free offer.
- Scarf Redemption - This is the last game Season Ticket Members can pick up their scarf.
