D.C. United Mobile App's Matchday Features

There are plenty of ways to take advantage of the D.C. United mobile app to enhance your matchday experience. With updates happening to both our Mobile App and our Matchday Concessions this season, we are introducing all new ways to pay for concessions to ensure a quick process and speed up our lines.

New features at Audi Field and our Mobile App include: A mobile wallet, Scan and Pay at concession stands, and virtual currency.

Adding a Card

In order to use your app to quickly pay for concessions, you'll first have to add a credit card to your wallet.

Scan and Pay

The quickest method of payment for concessions will be our new Scan and Pay feature. After making your order with a concession stand employee, let them know that you're going to pay with the D.C. United mobile app. The point of sale system will present a QR code for you to scan. (This payment method will automatically apply discounts and promotions i.e. STM discounts, if applicable)

Virtual Currency

Another new feature is Virtual Currency. Certain promotional tickets may come with Virtual Currency, which can be found inside the wallet feature of the Mobile App, and can be used at concessions via the Scan and Pay feature.
