D.C. United players "took over" the brand-new Nandoās PERi-PERi on H St NE for charity on Saturday, Feb. 26. 100 percent of sales from the event benefitted DC SCORES, which works to improve low-income childrenās physical fitness and confidence through their youth development programs. Members of the Black-and-Red acted as food runners and servers during the restaurant's first official day, greeting fans from 1-5 PM on Saturday Feb. 27.
