2017
Jeffrey made a career-high 23 appearances (19 starts) for United in 2017. The midfielder logged consistent minutes at the start of the season, starting 11 consecutive matches from April 8 to June 24. Jeffrey passed 4,000 career minutes in 2017 and scored his lone goal of the season 4/22 against New England.
2016
In his fourth MLS season, Jeffrey enjoyed a breakout season in the center of midfield. A sturdy option as either an “8” or a “6”, Jeffrey set career highs in nearly every statistical category, including appearances, starts, minutes played, goals (tied) and shots. He scored his first goal of 2016 against Real Salt Lake on 7/01 and added a second against Toronto FC on 7/23.
2015
In his third MLS season, Jeffrey provided important depth in the defensive midfield. After his season debut off the bench against the New York Red Bulls on April 11, he started at Portland on May 27. He recorded an assist against Philadelphia in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, where he made two appearances. He scored his first goal since 2013 in a 2-0 win over Árabe Unido in the group stage of the 2015-16 Scotiabank CONCACAF Champions, a competition where he started all four matches. Jeffrey alaos made six appearances (five starts) on loan with the USL Richmond Kickers.
2014
In his second MLS season, Jeffrey made 10 appearances (two starts). In addition, he logged 270 minutes during CONCACAF Champions League play, starting in three of the club’s four group stage matches. He also spent a portion of the season on loan with the Richmond Kickers, making three appearances (three starts), scoring one goal.
2013
United acquired Jeffrey through a waiver draft on 7/3. The talented midfielder made an immediate impact in the middle of the park, starting all 10 matches he featured in and notching two goals. His first goal came on 8/3 against the Montreal Impact, providing the Black-and-Red with a 3-1 win over the visitors. Jeffrey's second MLS goal put D.C. up 1-0 over Toronto FC and won MLS Goal of the Week, though United would go on the lost the match at BMO field.

2010
Jared Jeffrey spent three years with Mainz of the German Bundesliga, making 87 appearances (79 starts) for the club’s reserve squad and scoring four times.
2008
The midfielder signed with Club Brugge (Belgium) at the age of 18 after being named Parade Boys Soccer National High School Player of the Year in 2008. However, Jeffrey left the club in late 2009 after struggling to break into the side’s First Team.
INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
2012
During the U.S. U-23s 2012 London Olympic Qualifying campaign, Jeffrey played alongside Black-and-Red goalkeeper Bill Hamid and midfielder Perry Kitchen, starting games against Cuba and Canada.
2009
At the U-20 FIFA World Cup in 2009, Jeffrey represented the U.S., starting all three games in the center of midfield as the side was knocked out in the group stages after losses to Germany and South Korea, despite a 4-1 win over Cameroon in between those matches.
2007
Jeffrey spent three semesters in the U-17 Men’s National Team Residency Program, where he led all players with 39 caps. Jeffrey played for the U.S. U-17 Men’s National Team in 2007 U-17 FIFA World Cup, making four starts as the U.S. reached the Round of 16. The midfielder tallied once with a late penalty against Tunisia in the group stages.
