D.C. United’s Women United program is designed to uplift women in transition throughout the District so they may gain and maintain employment.  

Led by D.C. United’s front office staff, and in collaboration with other female-identifying leaders across sport and business, each session is tailored to meet the needs of women at House of Ruth while providing them with hands-on professional and personal development, workshops and resources. 

D.C. United has teamed up with House of Ruth to provide a path to upward mobility year round.
